Yesterday I had my first reflexology with Tessa and all I can say is WOW! Ive been struggling with sciatica for months ( Tes is also amazing at massage and releasing muscle tightness) and the pain has been awful , just sweeping the floor hurt. Having reflexology is so relaxing and unbelievably calming . Today I have no pain ! It doesnt hurt to walk , I havent felt like this in months, its absolutely amazing! even my husband has noticed the difference in how Im walking . If anyone has any aches or pains please please try reflexology with the beautiful Tessa Flett you wont look back. Im hoping that having this done every month I will be able to reduce and eventually come of my painkillers for sciatica. You are a true miracle worker I cant thank you enough xxxx
