As a first time buyer at 42 and being self employed i was dreading trying to get a mortgage, with issues with the property too i was finding it very stressful and thinking it'll never happen as other lenders couldnt find me anything previous. Kieran has been brilliant from the beginning and has made it very easy to understand the current market for mortgages and has given informative advice. Kieran passed our details onto a colleague of his (Chris) when we proceeded with applying for a mortgage. Chris showed the same professionalism and was very informative about the whole process. Chris worked all hours from our initial fact-find meeting to the day we got approved by a mortgage lender. Overall, it took less than a week to be approved by a mortgage lender, which shows how hard Chris worked. However, in order for Chris and Vanguard to do what they do best, they need complete transparency and information to be sent proactively, so I advise you fully buy into the process and trust that you are in good hands.
