        Went in store to get some advice on having a stove fitted, arranged a visit for a quote, this was cancelled twice, showed up for 3rd appointment, advised what would be best for me, took all my details and promised a quote via email, after a few days chased this up to be promised it soon, still no quote, when chasing it again was subject to a rude assistant! Later on found out this isn't unusual for this store. Avoid this shop!
