I stated learning Pilates with Tracey only a year ago with no knowledge at all. Tracey took the time to demonstrate and guide me, paying close attention to detail. As a result I feel that I have progressed enormously and really enjoy the classes. Tracey is very professional, thorough and highly knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend her to anyone at all levels.

Tracey's classes are excellent in every way. Because she insists on a limited number of people in any group class she is able to devote time to each individual. She constantly monitors your movements and ensures that you carry out every exercise for maximum benefit. Only a small change in position can make all the difference so a good and caring teacher is essential - and Tracey is just that!
