From beginning to end the experience with Prime Stables has been outstanding, Mintha, Kim, Sarah and the office team stayed in-touch throughout the process - The installation team were absolutely brilliant and worked through searing heat to get the build finished on-time and to the highest standards. Clear specifications on the website. Friendly helpful office staff everything backed up in writing made the ordering process simple. Regular updates until final delivery date agreed. Construction staff friendly neat and tidy no mess left. everything went to plan. Thanks to everyone first 2 stages complete 2 more to go

Great quality products and really good customer service. Will definitely use again. ^^^^That was my first review 2 years ago. Turns out the buildings weren't put together as well as they could have been and I had to get the guttering and the door hinges repaired. I still had them out to build my new stable block though, which turns out to have been a mistake. They damaged my field and equipment, and haven't had the courtesy to respond to my email about it. I called and spoke to Sarah, one of the directors, who had quite possibly the worst attitude to customer service I've ever experienced. She was rude beyond belief and refused to take any responsibility for their failings. After chasing for compensation, they eventually purchased some mud control mats to replace the ones they had damaged. I've since had builders out who have noticed that the roof isn't nailed to the stable block and the guttering wasn't fitted well. However Sarah was so rude and abrasive to me that I'd rather not have to speak to them again and I'll get the builders to put it right. Talking about the guttering, they only fit it on half the building so be prepared to spend more money on that. I'm very disappointed in this company and their attitude, I cannot recommend them in the slightest.
