I had a very positive consultation with Marcella, involving clear diagnosis of the issue in question and lots of useful information on remedial measures such as footwear and general foot maintenance. The administration was smooth-running and the atmosphere on site was calm and conducive. She followed up quickly with additional info the following day.

Marcella is excellent! I recently took my mum to the Surbiton branch as she had discolouration and broken skin on her toenails and was in a lot of pain and discomfort. Not only did Marcella accommodate us at an earlier time but spent an hour treating my mum with the utmost care. She was so welcoming, friendly, and warm, explaining every step in great detail and recommending treatment with a lot of personal attention. My mum felt relaxed and comfortable after the painless and gentle treatment and said that it was the best feet therapy she had ever experienced!

I had to visit the clinic for a corn removal. Marcella is lovely, very welcoming and put me at ease. I came out with no corn and lovely smooth feet. I highly reccomend the service here.

Highly recommend. We took our 6 year old son to Instep Therapy and from the outset there was a warm and friendly introduction, settling a first time visit for an apprehensive child. A thorough and well described consultation was provided. Plenty of follow up care was also explained. My wife also visited for hard skin removal and is delighted her feet are ready for the summer. We will all be returning.
