I have been using Greenfields for over 15 years for sales and lettings. All the staff have been very helpful and professional from Pauline, Elizabeth, Marc, Joseph and Karolina and anyone else I have had dealings with. Top marks to all.

Joe and the Lettings Admin team, along with the rest of the Greenfields team, have always been great at finding good tenants, advising on current legislation, getting the necessary contracts out etc.

Greenfield handled our move quickly and gracefully. From Jade who showed us the flat and helped us with the offer process, to Joe who helped tie up the loose ends as we finalized, and to Adam who has helped so much in the first days of our residency with setting everything up and explaining how some appliances worked; they have a very professional and kind team. I definitely recommend Greenfield if you are looking to rent!

So far I have great experience with Greenfield Estate Agent. I am staying in a property managed by greenfield Agent. Starting from day-1, with property visit to contract execution. They are pretty good in 1. Communication - between two parties 2. Clarity on execution and expectation setting 3. Smooth Coordination between all parties for resolution of incident One more key attribute I found which I must mention . They really manage the property well, blessings for home owners.. Not at all a namesake Estate agent like most of the big brands present around high street. They do visit property regularly, keeping tab on things and issues. Massive call out for persons like 'Marc Rees' , 'Puja Patel' and 'Leanne Melbourn' from Surbiton/ Tolworth Branch who made our tenancy journey smooth. Anytime if I need to suggest my friends and associates for trustworthy Property agent. I will not shy away calling out their name.
