We were recommend Element by some friends who had used them to sell their property. We were told they were knowledgeable local agents, and crucially, honest and upfront, rather than what estate agents are normally known for. In using them to sell our flat we found this to be absolutely true. Our selling agent Hiten always had time for us, listened, gave excellent and transparent advice, was patient and helped us not only achieve a sale within our target price but also to move things along when the chain inevitably slowed down.
