Turned up at 6 for a booked massage, there was no record of the booking. I was told I'd be called in 15 minutes but after waiting an hour I calmly requested a refund. There was a LOT of resistance to getting a refund, a very irritated attitude and no apology. The jacuzzi wasn't working and in general it was dirty and run down. One star is too high.

Not what it used to be 5+ years ago, I'm sure covid had a lot to do with it, so i can appreciate that but it was not relaxing and looked unkempt and wouldn't recommend based on my visit. The proprietor seemed really busy even though I turned out to be the only customer, she was carrying round a hover but the only carpeted area needed a hoover before opening. The room that used to be a chill out area is now some kind of staff room that was all messy and on show, paintwork was 2nd rate and flacky, shower was feable and on a timer, the jacuzzi was broken but still paid full price, wanted a 10 *cash* deposit for the key (not mentioned on the website) yet they had signs everywhere for covid hygiene, even for wet floor when floor wasnt wet. Rates for massages were different on the website, at the door and in the hallway. I said this to the proprietor but she didnt seem to think the spa was covered in signs and got all hot headed with me saying I know nothing about business dispite her running an empty spa on Saturday afternoon. I was very tired and stressed and cranky and yes a little bit rude to covey my thoughts and dismay but it came from a place of bitter disappointment at what i wished it was years ago when it was the 'good old days' and i want there to be lots of good naturist spas. I realised this review is probably going to make me an unwelcome customer now and probably going to get some really heated and dismissive reply no doubt. Hopefully you can make some improvements and ill be happy to come back and change my review.
