Cleaners have been great - were really impressed with the work they have done for us so far! Very pleased customers. Always very thorough. Cant fault the multiple cleans weve had so far. Would highly recommend!

Hi I used your cleaning company last year as I needed some one. The cleaner could not understand English. She was always late. Didn't use company hover and broke mine. I would not recommended this company.

Initial clean was ok, the following week arrived 20 mins late and left 20 mins early but charged for 3 hours. The final straw was the following week didn't turn up I had to text the company who did not seem to know what was going on. Then came up with excuse of train being late. Shocking lateness and lack of communication! Had to cancel cleaning with them as they have unreliable staff and the person who runs it has no customer service skills! I believe it's one of these companies which was set up in a back of a garage.
