        I booked two rooms, once at the hotel, 1 room was relocated somewhere else without any notice. We tried to get a solution, the Manager didn't want to offer us any and was rude to us. Also when asking for the badge with his name, he refused to show it. The customer service was absolute terrible I dont recommended it to no one, especially to families.

        When i first checked in. The person on reception didnt listen to me. He got all mixed up what i was saying. They shut the resaurant because there was only one girl serving. I went down to reception and complained. To add insult to injury i got a parking fine but the machine wasn't accepting no more than 3 pound coins! Wouldn't come here again!

        Room was dirty, TV wasn't working due to wires being pulled out the wall. No bath mat available. hallway was filthy. Skeleton staff all through the hotel. Peanut shells throughout the hallway including stairs. Key didn't work at first. Bar staff scarce waited at least 20 minutes to get a drink. Just not a nice place to stay. Very budget hotel.
