We recently had our floors repaired by Arnis following notable damage to the surface of a solid oak floor where we had both deep indentations and scratches from furniture being moved. Arnis also helped us on a separate occasion by installing a new floor so we definitely would only ever trust AA Flooring with our wood floors going forward. The floor looks like new following his carefully selected fillers that match the original floor brilliantly. Arrived on time and impeccable service! Arnis was great, came quickly and worked very methodically to solve a tricky problem. Friendly and obviously very knowledgeable and has all the latest equipment, hard to find experts like this these days. 10/10! Top draw!! I dont often write reviews, but our experience was so positive and the end result so brilliant that I felt it right to let others know of the exceptional standard of service AA Flooring offer. Arnis and Michal are both master craftsman. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for someone they can trust with their new floor; in our case it was solid oak. We dealt with Arnis mostly and he was certainly the most responsive person weve dealt with when it comes to trade jobs. Highly organised, always on time, thoughtful and provide ample information on each stage. We had our floors damaged by water, so we needed everything up and out, which Arnis and his colleague Bo took care of. We then had to have the stone floor levelled which Arnis did an amazing job with and a DPM sealant on top to stop any risk of future moisture. The solid oak floor went in (Arnis gave advice based on years of experience of what type of oak we should source and how it would be finished etc.) and the level of finish is absolutely amazing. Funny thing is that when Arnis was getting ready to sand the newly installed floor, I hadnt asked about dust so left my air purifier on which takes out particles in the air and it couldnt even detect any foreign air particles because AA Flooring had such a high grade sander that has an integrated dust system that there was no sign of dust at all. So much as to say, a really big thank you to Arnis, Michal and the team at AA Flooring for their dedication to the craft and to their customers.
