Photo was super helpful after I spilled tea on my laptop. The SD card was mashed but he offered to fix it for me - I ended up taking it back because I found my warranty card but I'm definitely going back if it can't be fixed for free. Nice guy!

My late husband left me with a complicated network which I needed to downsize to a system I could cope with. Photo worked very hard to give me the set up I could use easily. He also helped me transfer a large amount of old family photos to my husband's brother. Throughout his visits, Photo was friendly and gave clear advice. I am very grateful for all his assistance and have recommended him to my friends, especially now that they can no longer call on my husband for computer advice. Thank you for all your help!

Our external hard drive stopped working and we had so much important information on there. After being so worried we lost our information I contacted Photos and he managed to transfer all the files to a new hard drive. Was very friendly, professional and gave me regular updates regarding fees and timeframes. Would definitely recommend him. Fantastic local service!
