        Ordered materials to be delivered before Easter - as is promised at the point of purchasing - only to be told it would take another week before delivery was available. Totally ruined my long weekend plans as a result. Then a refund takes 5 days, what a joke I would have ordered from a different supplier if they were more transparent about their delivery schedule
