This is now the new name for the dissolved company Bluesky Home Improvements (same people, same office, new name). We had an extension done by the latter 2 years ago and recently I saw a large damp patch (see photo) coming from the roof that Guiseppi and his team put in. This roof has a 10 year guarantee and I've tried endlessly to contact him and have been to his office but he is ignoring my call and claims that because the company has now changed names the guarantee is no longer valid and it's not his responsibility. This may be true legally but in my mind this is unethical and dishonest. It's probably just a small job and in the name of good customer relations I would have thought he'd want to honour his guarantee, but clearly not. If you are reading this, Guiseppi, please contact me and we can discuss this as I really don't want to have to communicate with you via a public forum but have been left with no choice.
