Luxxo Burgers

Ordered some milkshakes to takeaway and I might aswell have ordered water. Honestly tasteless and not worth the price.

Disappointed!!! My daughter wanted to try Luxxo burgers and having seen the adverts locally and through my door I thought I'd give it a go. Order took over and hour to arrive even after I called to ask how long it would be and told 15 minutes and still didn't arrive for 30 minutes. Order arrived and 1st issue was the cheesey chip That were missing that I paid 2 extra for, 2nd issue all burgers were stone cold as were the chips, 3rd issue the patty in the burgers were smaller that a standard McDonald's hamburger, 4th issue was the buns had been squashed to the thickness of a slice of bread on 2 of the burgers and while the rainbow bagel wasn't squashed it was stale and not fresh at all. The Ferrero milkshake was tasteless and watery, the oreo milkshake was OK and so was the Biscoff. The fact that 3 burgers and chips with milkshake cost over 45 pounds is a unbelievable based on the fact that I put practically thr whole order in the bin. I would have been happy to give the money to charity rather than the waste paying for the totally unacceptable food that was delivered by Luxxo burger. There will be other reviews contrary to this but this review is a factual review of my experience this evening. Disappointed!!

I am sorry but you cannot justify central London prices in Tolworth for mediocre food at best. We ordered pretty much everything from the menu to give this place a go. The milkshakes had too much artificial flavouring in them. For 5.95 you would expect real fruit. The beef patty had a strong smell to it. The chips were standard. The sauces/toppings were all standard and dont justify the price. On top of that service is slow. Why should i pay 1.95 for a can of coke when the shop next door sells it for less than half that price?

Literally the worst burger I have ever paid for . Soggy,floppy ,small , tasteless with half slice of cherry tomato. And cost me for two of those 20 . Waste of money
