I engaged TMP Planning to support me in a complex mixed used scheme in Swindon that pushed the boundaries of the planning process. Tim had a wealth of knowledge around this, was always professional & proactive in moving things forward and was completely invaluable in the whole process. Despite a long convoluted planning process all of the above qualities ensured that we got the desired planning outcome. Without Tim, we would not have got to this conclusion so I would not hesitate to use TMP Planning again and highly recommend to anyone embarking on a project that needs support around the planning process

I can't rate Tim highly enough, he helped us with a very tricky planning application that some were unwilling to take on. He is highly knowledgeable in his field and got us the result we needed.

I needed support to get planning approval for a small care home for autistic children, so I could start the Ofsted registration process. Tim submitted a lawful use application to the Council and we were successful! He did a fantastic job helping me through the process and responding to the Council when questions were raised.
