We originally put a deposit for a car from a dealership not far from aspire and we knew straight away something didnt feel right so we thought we would check out aspire cars and we are so glad we did, Andy is welcoming and polite they stayed open a little later just so we could come view the car, we asked so many question to which he was patient in answering, he kept us up to date with everything, picked up the car today and even to my surprise it has car mats in so one less thing to buy, car was clean inside and out, extra warranty Is available at such good prices, so far Im positive we brought our future car from a good dealership thank you! Even better when your daughter is happy with the car so extra brownie points, definitely recommend if your not wanting to be ripped off by big companies use aspire!

***EDIT***: (In reply to the comment from Aspire. Original Comment at the end) The tone and wording of the customer service response I feel just simply reinforces my viewpoint. It seems very argumentative, and generally not an asset you seek when looking to do business with somebody. There has been further issues which I am sorting. I had liaised with motorguard for all problems described, none of which were covered. I was aware that wear and tear items are not covered. The car was purchased on 30th Dec, and after having no luck with motorguard, and taking time to hear back from them, I contacted Aspire (on 1st Feb, so 1 month (not 2) later) As there was a 3 month warranty with the car purchase, this was well within time frame. I got the tyre sorted myself as I knew this would not be covered. The only reason we commented about the wear and tear items is because of how coincidental it was we have had all these issues within a month of purchasing the car, seems odd. Tyre puncture, front windscreen chip, window alignment and electrics, and now further problems. The 600 was everything we had to get fixed on the car; tyre, new front windscreen and both front window mechanisms (which the mechanic stated had been a botched job). When a car is purchased, there is not an expectation to have to spend another 600 to get works done just solely to keep it in working order. Im not looking to get my own way as I have already spent the money, I am not asking for anything back. I feel there is not much more to communicate especially given the previous response. **Original Comment** Bought a peugeot 108 from Aspire Vehicles and had multiple problems since, would not recommend. The upsell of warranty from 3 months to 12 month was not worth it. Any issues we have had were not covered on warranty and because we purchased this, Andy would not get these repairs fixed. There was great communication from the team at Aspire vehicles, all up until the money was handed over There was no petrol in the car after purchase, we noticed the tyre had a nail in whilst driving home (having to pump it up to get home to replace), front windscreen wiper broken. A chip in the front windscreen was noticed and had to be replaced as it turned into a crack in cold weather. The back windscreen heating bottom 3 elements lines not working and Andy said he would not fix. A few days after having the car there was also issues with the windows and electrics. This cost me in excess of 600 to fix and after speaking to Andy, he was very reluctant to help.

Highly recommend buying from here! The service was outstanding! Had an issue with the car after buying but Andy was fantastic with regular updates and helped get it sorted! The most honest and trustworthy garage you could ever go to! Could not recommend them any Higher! Very welcoming and never felt pressured! Will definitely buy from them again! Thank you!

Excellent service, professional from start to finish, no hard sell, just good value cars sold by good decent folk, wouldn't hesitate in returning when times comes to change cars again

On viewing cars at Aspire vehicles, none of their staff were pushy sales men. They were friendly and helped to answer any questions we had. The sale of the car was simple and no hassle. Drove away same day. However the day after we came into a issue with a grinding noise to which we called Andy and he gave us his garage number and said he will sort it. After arranging to go to this garage 2 days later, on route, my clutch had failed. Andy got this repaired in a quick turnaround. After this the noise was still there. Andy sent my gearbox off and got the bearings and seals all replaced and now I have a running car. The only advice I would give is, Communication could be a lot better. Unfortunately I did have to complain after not hearing on my vehicle for a week and I had to chase for an update but once we had solved this Andy informed me of every stage and this was much appreciated! Thank you!
