        Ive used Walsall Wood post office twice to send important and valuable documents and on both occasions the parcels have gone missing. You live and learn, certainly wont be using them again

        You never really know when the post office counter will be open, definitely doesnt open at its advertised times!

        WORST POST OFFICE EVER!! Blonde women is the Rudest member of staff I have ever come across. Walked in with an envelope & said no sorry then turned her back and went to walk off, I said excuse me , she said post office closed, apparently technical issue that she couldn't tell me what the issue was I explained I only needed to drop off parcel as it was click n drop & didnt need scanning, still argued with me but eventually took the envelope. NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED BTW I'm sure plenty of people who want to work so for god sake employ someone with some manners!!!

        Terrible service, posted a parcel there and it took ages some problem with printer eventually got receipt and guess what parcel never arrived at destination . Popped in to enquire and was told once it's left this shop its not our problem anymore!!!
