Glenn is an excellent personal trainer. I started with him as I was good at cardio in the gym but I needed help with my strength training as I really didnt know what I was doing with weights. He puts together the workout plans and is always willing to change it if something isnt right for you. He does encourage you each week to do better than you think you can do. Would definitely recommend him to anyone thinking of getting a personal trainer.

I have been working with Glenn for a few months now and Ive never been so motivated to go to the gym! I love all my planned workouts and he works around my busy life, as well as providing his clients with nutritional advice. Ive developed many habits and myths over the years around food, which Glenn is helping me to think differently. Other benefits are the inches I have lost and great for keeping stress at bay. Thanks Glenn.

Glenn is friendly, knows how to motivate and also knows and respects your limits. Pushing where I need it and respecting what I want to achieve. He is not afraid of challenging my thought processes or actions which is exactly what you need in a good trainer. As well as being a generally nice guy. I'd recommend Glenn to beginners as well as those who want expert advice to improve techniques.

There will not be enough space for me to communicate the difference this PT has had on my health, not just physically but mentally. I first started very hesitantly as I'm not, and never have been a sporty person, nor a confident person. I started as I was in so much pain with plantar fasciitis and had been let down by doctors and physios (NHS I'm embarrassed to say). Within a few weeks of Glenn's coaching, I felt a lot more comfortable in the gym, a lot more confident with myself and much happier as the pain was subsiding dramatically just by strength training of the lower body, with the rest thrown in for good measure. Within a couple of months, for the first time since 14 years old (I was 50 +) I managed to go a whole week without knee pain, what on earth was happening ?? With great communication and people skills, Glenn seems to get the best out of me, but at the same time I never feel pushed or intimidated as I had done with others I'd tried. I can keep up with my granddaughter, I can ride a bicycle, I can work my entire shift without moaning about my legs or lower back, I can just do so much now, I'm so happy with the results I cannot explain. Eight months ago I had a severe accident resulting in a tri-malleolar fracture of the ankle.....my foot was facing the wrong way ! Pins and plates are in there now, and Glenn set me exercises to do, that not only kept my strength where possible, but saved me having a breakdown, we had zoom sessions and he's always been there to answer any questions or give suggestions, and EVERY session without exception I have always finished feeling loads better than at the start. My personal friend and physio actually told me to be guided by Glenn's advice as he is very knowledgeable and extremely caring. There's not enough I can say, just keep going Glenn, you're a star!
