When you have put your heart and soul into a building project, a dream that has taken over a decade to come to fruition, and then that dream is shattered by a construction company who focused on their greed rather than the development of your structure, you become heartbroken and disillusioned. To add pain and insult to misery, our half finished building site needed a further half a million pounds to be completed. Who in their right mind would take over such a disaster as ours was, to offer to complete someone elses mistakes and poor workmanship? Well we are highly honoured to know Spencer Turner, owner of ASI Ltd, who gladly took on a mammoth job of free@lasts Big Build. Spencer chooses projects which he knows he can deliver outstanding quality and results, and without Spencer and his amazing team, we would still be up a very big creek without a paddle and a boat! The whole process was thankfully taken out of our hands by Spencer and something that was taking another company 12 months to complete, took Spencer 18 weeks. There were no problems too big (and we had many to overcome!) and his attitude throughout was exceptionally positive. He metaphorically held our hands all the way through, so at no point did we need to worry that he couldnt complete this project and build on time, giving us a centre to be proud of. There is no-one else in this industry who I would recommend, other than Spencer and his team of professionals. ASI Ltd is, in my opinion, the leader in the field of construction and interior fit-outs. They have already worked on 3 projects for us and we will never, ever go anywhere else for our building work. I absolutely, categorically recommend them for any commercial building and renovation work, and will actively promote their quality, professionalism, care and concern for perfection, for many years to come. Completed a big fitout project for us in Solihull, Factory and Offices, Couldn't be happier, the Approved team could not do enough to accommodate what was a difficult situation during the Pandemic. Super Guys, Super Job!

Have used this company many times on projects and their service is always fantastic from beginning to end. Their quality on joinery is by far the best I have used and wouldnt go anywhere else for bespoke furniture
