Our baby (cat Milo) stayed here in march absolutely amazing our first time leaving her elsewhere but she was so well looked after..sorry it's took so long to leave a review she's back again in August for two weeks would certainly recommend you guys to anyone as you was to us .. again thank you for looking after her

We went there to view a kennel for our dogs. We were welcomed by the owner who was very nice and helpful. Lovely setting for animals. Like a small farm. Well organised. The rates and rules were clearly explained to us and we feel no worries about leaving our dogs there in safe hands. We will give them a practice run there before leaving them for a fortnight. If you are looking to board your dog give them a call, we did and we're so glad we did now.

Today I went to drop my dog off at Mill Green. 12 hours before I go on holiday. I booked this a while ago. Even had a tester day which my dog was happy with. On booking I took my dogs vaccination card. All the information was taken from that and written into the forms. Nothing was mentioned about a booster vaccination or vaccinations being out of date by the time my booking arrived. On checking in today they told me quite abruptly they can't take him. Because his dates were out by 5 weeks. They give 4 weeks grace. So a week out! They said unless he has a booster vaccination today then he can't stay. Putting my family holiday in jeopardy. Its Saturday my vets are closed..rang around but unless registered no where wlll see him.or administer booster without vet history. Not sure what they expected me to do. Left with no option. Can not leave him there. Can not get him vaccinated. Non of this is my fault..if they did their Job properly In the first place and checked the dates they are so concerned about and gave Me the correct information I could have followed their rules. But unfortunately telling me 12 hours before my holiday is extremely unprofessional. And understandably I am devastated and left with no option for my dog.
