I am very impressed with the care and attention all the staff provided while visiting the branch after a school referral. It was my child's first sight test and the optician herself put my child at ease very quickly and answered all our questions perfectly. I was given excellent guidance and support selecting frames for myself too. I would highly recommend Colin Lee, Aldridge to my friends and family without any hesitation. R Mahal.

My experience at Colin Lee (Alridge branch) has been fantastic, assisting my mother fantastically with her cataract appointment / referral, all with the utmost of care. They answered all her questions and concerns with patience, and put her totally at ease. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them, finding all the staff friendly and more than happy to help in any way they could. Its very reassuring to go to an opticians with genuinely courteous staff that clearly take pride in their work.

Both my daughters have recently had their eyes tested and glasses updated. As ever the staff are really friendly and helpful. My youngest daughter loves her current glasses and they went out of their way to just order the lenses so she could keep them. Swapped over in 10 minutes. Great opticians would no go anywhere else.
