I cannot thank all the staff at Aldridge Court enough for the kindness & care shown to my mother during her stay. Also the consideration shown to myself & my family through a very difficult time .I would not hesitate to recommend this nursing home to anyone.

Our mom at best was "manhandled". Mom was terrified to go to sleep at night! She was shouted at for needing bed pan several times a night. Was only allowed 2 sheets of toilet paper per visit. Could only have water changed once a day. Food was terrible. Mom was supposed to be there for 6 weeks but following us hearing her being shouted at, ourselves, through the open window we quickly arranged to have her moved 4 days later to a home that does really CARE

Mom has been a resident at Aldridge Court for over 6 years, the commitment of the staff and the standard of leadership cannot be faulted. The home is spotless and clean and the staff are very friendly and always so welcoming, we are more than pleased how mom is being looked after.
