Really pleased with the service and experience. Had someone come out to measure, chose hall stairs and landing carpet and had it fitted within a week. Friendly staff and competitive prices. Would use again in future

Not impressed at all. Went in with measurements that we had off a previous carpet fitter. Wouldnt accept the measurements said we must have a fitting, accepted that so continued to look at carpets the fitter that was there was great told me the carpet I could have on stairs said he had just fitted one for someone and it looked great the owner then said no its not possible, I wasnt just getting my stairs done I wanted my whole house doing so I went on to look at others he said no point continuing to look until we have been out to measure. So I couldnt even look at what I may want.. I then asked about glittery carpet for my Childrens room he told me he had never heard of it and it doesnt exist, I have seen glittery carpet in every other shop. I then said ok I will pick a blue for my boys Room I started to look at some and he said I wouldnt go any further until we have measured. Why an earth cant I look at carpets with no measurements?? But I had the measurements anyway so had a rough idea! So we left, very unfortunate as was about to give him a full house of custom!

Very helpful staff that are not pushy with their sales. I have had good service from them!
