        I tried everywhere to get someone to fix an engine problem on my 2004 LWB Mercedes Sprinter, with no luck. Most garages either haven't got the knowhow, or the inclination, to help an elderly woman with a big van problem. I phoned Mr Perrins, took the van over the next day, and he was beyond helpful. A polite, interested chap with a wealth of knowledge, and not a hint of eyeball rolling at my evident helplessness. Anyhow, he was able to diagnose the fault , gave me a resume of the problem which I could understand , (needed a new injector- not an easy job on an aged diesel engine) and fixed it with new Bosch parts , for an excellent price. Thanks Mick, for your great help. I thoroughly recommend him. Services: Transmission repair, Auto engine diagnostic
