We had a problem with our central heating early last year and so called our insurance company who sent out Damand. What I liked was they called first to ask what the problem was and then advised when the engineer would attend. The engineer called before his visit to advise on an ETA and he was actually early. The problem was fixed quickly and new parts ordered. He then attended a few days later to replace the parts. We were impressed with them that we chose them to do our annual boiler service. Again, excellent service. We've just had another engineer come to fix a leak in our condenser trap who was great. Arrived on time, very courteous, polite and generally decent chap. Fixed the issue in no time at all. None of the engineers seemed to be annoyed at my stupid questions and helpfully explained each time what the issue was and what was going to be done to remedy it.
