        Very poor. Lack of communication and urgency throughout the whole process. They took almost 6 months to complete the purchase of a flat with no chain or complications. I had to constantly chase them to get updates. They only got it done after i rang them and stressed that my mortgage offer was close to expiring. Very stressful experience, would not recommend.

        Selling a property is a stressful experience and the whole system needs a review. I would never recommend - communication is poor, was told Im not Father Christmas when trying to get a completion date and service from the partners left me extremely disappointed
