Review on behalf of my partner . Wasnt that impressed when taking flowers to the funeral directors on the morning of dads funeral to have the comment Do you have enough flowers leaning up against the doorway . Was told its not company policy to have flowers outside the house so had to leave them with them ,so they arrived with the hurst. To have a board put up next to the cars to advertise the funeral directors ( time and a place ) when we going into the church . To be then told we will call you when your dad is ready for collection. 2 weeks later and still not received a phone call. When the family then phone we are then told sorry you should phone us . Was very disappointed in the service . My partner and myself wont be using this funeral directors again
