Crazy Price Beds

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I received a bunk bed and parts of it did not align so I emailed stating exactly which parts needed replacing. They couldnt get the parts out to me for over a week, they then changed the delivery day not once but TWICE. I ended up waiting 2 weeks for the replacement pieces. They didnt just send me the pieces I needed they sent me an entire box full of pieces I didnt need and 2 of the parts I needed were not even in the box. I am now left with a house full of bunk bed pieces that wont go together. I have requested a refund as I cannot wait any longer and I cannot bare to deal with this company a minute longer!!!

Wish I had never heard of this useless company. Ordered a bed was told delivery 5-7 working days. Yet nothing arrived. Have left voice message requesting a call back and have also sent an email to which no response. Luckily paid with credit card so will ask them to get my money back. Have seen the word scammers in their reviews and I have to say that is ptobably a fair description.

Update- bed and mattress arrived in Perfect condition. Delivery man Ben was brilliant. Overall I am so happy with the service!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. I'm pretty sure it is a scam. We ordered NY sons bed, they took days to send a confirmation email, then the delivery date was text with a time period, however no bed and no update via text or email. That was a Friday. The place closes at 4pm on Friday, they have NO WORKING CONTACT NUMBER. No way to contact and ask for an update during the weekend for a new delivery date or refund. DODGY

We ordered an antique brass double bed frame from the on line catalogue. It arrived promptly, but when we unboxed it it looked terrible. Basically it was black metal with streaked gold paint dragged over it. So I phoned them up and spoke to a pleasant person who agreed it could be returned. However, this is totally down to the customer to arrange a courier and pay for it. Depending on where you live, this was almost as much as the bed cost.we ended up selling it on ebay and have put this down to experience. Be very careful choosing your purchase, or better still , go to a shop !
