        If I could give them 0 then I would. I ordered a fresh meat delivery which was due for delivery on Friday 13th Jan 2023 It showed on the tracking that the Meat had arrived early hours of Friday 13th at the Aldridge depot. No attempt to deliver it on Fri. No attempt to deliver it on Saturday 14th and no email, text etc to let me know. On tracking the meat was still being shown at Aldridge depot at 7pm on Sat 14th. Eventually on the delivery details on your site it came up with We have been unable to deliver as there is a problem in your area really !. However, they will deliver on Monday 16th..the fresh meat will have been sat I refrigerated in your depot for 4 days I dont think so. Luckily the meat supermarket are brilliant and have already sorted a replacement order and looking into the non delivery. DPD absolutely useless, no communication and no way to get hold of them. DONT USE THIS FIRM ! THERE ARE MUCH BETTER ONES OUT THERE THAT WILL ACTUALLY DELIVER YOUR GOODS ON TIME!!!
