        Would give 0 if I could. An absolute disgrace to the bank it once was, especially when there are not many smaller branches left. My vulnerable Uncle who is disabled went in to close and consolidate some accounts. Staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful and in his words made me feel small. No empathy or understanding of the sensitive situation and matters being dealt with. Staff just showed a real computer says no attitude. We will be making a formal complaint to NatWest head office.

        Extremely unhelpful branch which are fully wrapped up in as much red tape that you can think of. Banking here is a genuine displeasure and the sooner it closes the better.
