        From arriving 20 minutes late , rude driver ( fussels sent a coach from Preston) he didn't know where he was going , seats wouldn't stay upright , heating on full wouldn't turn down ,parked miles away at the Trafford centre instead of in the coach park leaving people ( some elderly ) with an 11 minute walk . We have done this trip for years & never experienced problems like this , this trip had been booked a year in advance so no excuse not to get a fussels coach .
