        Im so glad I visited Elysium a few months ago. From the moment I entered the gym I was welcomed by a friendly team who are knowledgable and supportive. After the first session I knew this was the gym for me! Two months later and I now visit multiple times a week and Im starting to see the results. The trainers have not only helped me with my physical appearance but I now also feel more confident in myself and I cant wait for the journey to continue! This is definitely a great place for those who like me wouldnt push themselves at a standard gym. I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Elysium, they are wonderful!

        Have had several sessions at Elysium and is the best training I have received. The gym is very well equipped, and the workouts are clearly very well considered and planned out. My sessions so far have been with Joe, who is very well informed, and is excellent at motivating and supporting me through the workouts. Never fails to push me to my limit and get the most out of each session. Great place would highly recommend
