We had air source heat pump & solar panels fitted. The pump appears to be under-powered or set up isnt quite right. We have tried to contact company and been promised call backs but no response. Really frustrating as house is cold & is a significant investment.

We were so pleased with the installation of our air pumps by Rural and Country that we have returned for a solar installation with batteries. Again, installers were clean and tidy while completing the work. The work was completed to an excellent standard. Systems were clearly explained by the installation engineers. Thank you to the whole team for helping reduce our carbon footprint and future proofing our house, we are delighted with the results. Plus, our electricity bill has reduced from 10 a day to 2 a day. This was a great investment as we live out in the country and were running on oil at the time. We already have Solar PV installed so really interested in the Air Source Heat pump alternative for heating. Rural & Country came out, did a study and came up with a recommendation for us. As we live in a bungalow, we asked if the water tank could be put up into the loft to generate hot water pressure as opposed to installing extra pumps and to free up needed downstairs space from the old system. No problems at all! Very friendly and professional service\installation from start to finish. This was all done a year ago and to say that it has saved us money in energy bills is an understatement, especially in this current climate. Very pleased with the result and have recommended R&C to several friends and relatives. A number of which have taken up the combined Air Source pump and Solar PV option. Fully recommend.
