Great location for visiting the Yorkshire Dales. Well kept and clean room with excellent views and bathroom amenities. Farm experience was great and it was nice to wake up to animal noises instead of traffic noise. Amazing breakfast with fresh eggs, croissants and honey. Maggie was very friendly and the best host and makes delicious shortbread! Lots of parking and no curfew at night so we were able to come back late after a wedding. We will definitely recommend to others and return to visit the Dales properly!

Came here for 2 nights to visit Fountains Abbey. Maggie was an amazing host, she went above and beyond and was so kind and warm from the start. We immediately felt at home. The room and ensuite were lovely - spacious and comfortable and we were greeted with homemade shortbread. For us, breakfast was the highlight. There was a lot of choice and the food was beautifully cooked. So much attention to detail with the honey produced on the farm and warm croissants. The bnb is minutes away from Fountains Abbey and a short drive from Ripon, so very well located. Would highly recommend staying here!

Nice quiet couple of days away . Maggie was very welcoming . Room was cosy with sofa and TV . Lovely oldstyle furniture. Kettle and teatray with great variety and homemade shortbread . Also chocolates fresh milk and bottle water in mini fridge .ensuite bathroom with toiletries and bathrobe too. We had breakfast both days which was soo good .lots of variety of cereal and fresh fruit then breakfast cooked to order . One morning we had fresh homemade smoothies . Nothing was too much . Have recommended to friends already .

Maggie is an incredible host! Cosy, big and comfortable rooms with everything you could need for a weekend away. The chocolates and shortbread were so thoughtful. Breakfast was the highlight with croissants, fresh honey and jam from the farm and lots of choice including a full English. Would definitely stay again, thank you for having us!
