        Friendly, efficient service. Easy to book, good value, easy to get hold of staff on the phone and the Dyson is working like new, all sorted while I waited

        We have received very good service from the Vacuum Doctor for our Sebo and Oreck vacuum cleaners. The engineer arrived punctually and was polite and helpful. He was unable to mend the Sebo on site as it needed a special part so took it away and returned it a few days later. Am happy to recommend the Vacuum Doctor.

        I took a Shark vacuum to the Vacuum Doctor: they replaced a broken flexible tube, gave the vacuum a clean and service and changed all of the filters. We've had the machine at home for a week at it works like new. Much better suction and cleaning performance than before.

        Darren was very polite and efficient. He was unfortunately unable to assist due to the fault in in our particular make of hoover, but he did not charge us for the time spent. We would definitely recommend his services, he gave sound advice and was honest.

        I found Vacuum Doctor an efficient and friendly company to deal with. The service was exceptionally fast and for 150-00 I have what is like a brand new Dyson V11 machine. Please do not hesitate to use this great company. I shall certainly be using again for other vacuum brands we own.
