I moved into a flat that has a Securifix alarm system installed. The alarm went off for some reason, and the security code (left with the system details by the previous owner) did nothing. They were unable to help without a contract - which I would have been happy to pay for - but no - apparently even paying them to help me disable their faulty system was not an option. Deeply unimpressed. Fortunately I was able to disable it with the help of another security firm who talked me through the proces gratis, on the phone.

Super happy with the service, all the initial communications were straight forward. The quote was detailed and the price was competitive. The engineer who installed the equipment was great too, he took the time to explain the system to everyone in detail.
