    Really enjoyable training sessions with Nichola over the last few weeks. She is an excellent trainer who keeps you motivated throughout even on the days when you are not feeling your most active. Already seeing the benefits of our sessions and even surprised myself what I am capable of. Can't believe the workout you can get in the comfort of your own home. The feeling after a workout is second to none. I have definitely made a positive change to my lifestyle.

    I had the privilege to train alongside Nichola and also have her as a coach on several occasions. Coaching from Nichola is second to none. Nichola is always encouraging you to push yourself that bit more, always shows belief in you and makes you believe in yourself, your capabilities and gives you the confidence to try things youd never think possible... Nichola is a firm but fair coach/PT and has a broad spectrum of knowledge in the fitness industry...whether it be lifting a barbell, doing a handstand against the wall or trying to haul your ass up to do a chin up ....she is an all-rounder! I have no hesitation in recommending Nichola as a personal trainer and I promise you, she will have you doing things you have never done before or will push you that wee bit further to get the very best out you and trust me...you will feel a whole lot better for working with her...oh and she has a wicked sense of humour, which helps
