Camping World Distribution Centre

I paid for an order on May 28th, 47 days ago, but the courier lost the package. The second attempt was so slow in coming that I asked for my money back - I didn't trust that it was going to arrive in time for a camping holiday (2nd camping holiday since ordering) and I wanted to order replacements from another seller. Despite the courier saying the package is routed back to Camping World, they will not issue a refund until it reaches their warehouse (what if they lose it again?) It's their policy. Polite but ineffective customer service.

Would give 0 Star if I could. After spending close to 4000euro on a dometic awning, a side awning, accessories etc the delivery was due to come in 1-2 days by Parcel Force to Republic of Ireland. 3 boxes arrived, but not the 4th. however, our account says all boxes delivered. I was told that the 4th box was randomly selected for a custom check. On the website this say it takes 24-48 hours however here we are 6 weeks on and still no package. It basically has the windows for our new awning, so effectively we have completely wasted 4K, and the may completely ruin our summer, we have already had to cancel 2 weekend trips. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm not saying its entirely camping world at fault, but they are responsible for ensuring we receive the goods. We haven't, and I doubt we will at this stage, I can't understand why they can't forward additional items that were in the last box. Poor customer service.
