        Mark very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Great little shop. Nice to find someone with values and standards. Good prices and really good service. Would not hesitate to recommend and will be using again. Further to the above, my laptop developed issues with speakers and battery. I asked Mark to take a look. He needed the computer on a few occasions whilst he investigated the problem. He wouldn't be beaten and resolved both issues. I paid a fraction of what Apple would've charged me. I now call him Mark the Magician !

        My friend recently sold some pc parts to this shop and received around 300 for it so I decided to do the same but was offered 40 even though I gave him better hardware. Complete joke of an offer and wasted 4 days of my time waiting for a response. Edit: all the items were in perfect condition in original boxes with all accessories and documentation.

        Incredibly knowledgeable and great service. Mark was able to help me through the technical issue I was having with my laptop and was able to explain the issue to me as well so It's something I can now fix in the future. Really happy with the service and would use again. 10/10
