I spoke to them on the phone after my vehicle suffered flood damage. I was in a lot of shock and they were calm and excellent at explaining our next steps. Unfortunately I was unable to proceed with the service due to extenuating circumstances, but I cannot recommend them enough for their advice and kindness alone.

I cant thank Pem highly enough, Whilst I may understand some peoples frustration at not having cars fixed straight away there is a reason!!!!!. The guy is fantastic at what he does. Running a company as I do its paramount my vans are on the road 247. And thanks to pem hes not let me down in fact turning up 10 pm Xmas eve to fix my breaks as I had to use car following day. Not only is he reasonably priced hes never not found a fault for me. Maybe if people are frustrated not getting repair sorted in hour try a garage where not only do you need get the car to the garage but cost is far higher. To me this is a genuine guy trying to earn genuine living, very fair on cost & for me only person I would trust with my vehicles. Is it a nightmare when any of us breakdown of course it is and can be frustrating but with Pem you get quality work fantastic prices and personally cant find fault with him or his work. One of the most honest trustworthy people I have ever met. Cant praise enough THANKS PEM Service: Brake service & repair
