        We visited to discuss implementation of a care package. We spent over an hour with a very pleasant member of the management team, and had a good discussion of our requirements and what they could offer. It was a constructive meeting, and we look forward to working with them over coming weeks and months. Unfortunately, since that initial meeting in 2019, over recent months, our relationship with their local managers has deteriorated to the extent that they no longer reply to my messages or requests, and, after three years, are no longer supplying information from the caring teams concerning their interaction with my elderly relative. A most unsatisfactory and disappointing development, and most unprofessional.
