        They don't reply to emails unless you wait over a week and give a 1 star review to get their attention. Products don't last long enough. My Main hub and tail unit both snapped off in upto 40mph winds. Futurenergy have since informed me of the wind turbine needs to be physically taken down everytime it's windy (28mph+) which sort of defeats the object of using this wind turbine. I received no help from them, only to be informed after 10 years it's out of warranty and asked me to remove this review.This company accused me of a "inaccurate and misleading" review but, photo's don't lie. I now have no Turbine and no money for a new one.
