Booked cab and said 45 minutes, which was ok as we waited and had a drink. Never turned up, dont use.

I booked a taxi using their online system (~8 hours before I needed it) and received a confirmation saying they were assigning me a driver. The booked time came and went with no updates, I rang them 5 or 6 times and the line just rang out, noone was contactable and they didn't bother to let me know my car wasn't arriving. I ended up using Taxi Adam last minute, who totally saved my day and allowed me to get the last train home.

Rang to ask how much a taxi would be. Gave the postcodes over and not only was she rude she put the phone down. Steer clear.

The one star is for the driver that took/picked us up as he was a lovely man. However no stars for the woman who was very rude on the phone.(when they finally picked up the phone that is) . Was given a quote of my fare and asked for a card number to secure the booking. Which I did.Was not told at the time of booking that the fare didnt include tax and they took an extra 30 out my account. Will not be using these again!
