WATLING HOPELESS Quite the worst service of any company, in any area of business, I have had the "pleasure" of dealing with. After 3 weeks of their demands for signed agreements, failure to respond to numerous calls and with a sewage system that had failed with all the consequences of that, and with Christmas just 10 days away they are inefficient, ineffective and worse still couldn't care less about what is effectively an "emergency service" Do not use. My local company assessed the problem, ordered the parts and repaired the problem in less than 3 working days. .

I would confirm the comment by the other reviewer of Watling Hope. Our sewerage system failed a year after WH installed new equipment. Four months later they still have not accepted responsibility for the breakdown . All this time our system has not been working properly and they have still not taken up our case with their suppliers for the supply of a replacement blower at a favourable cost. They seem to have no pride in their reputation. April 2016.
