Thank you for your excellent service this week helping my vulnerable 89 year old father with his broken down boiler and fixing it so promptly.
It was a great relief to us to leave him with a nice warm safe house again. A relief that he no longer had to use fan heaters which were a danger to him eg. falling over and electrocuting himself when trying to remove the stiff plug with a knife!
