This company is a total scam. They literally steal your money. I booked a return ticket with this company and wanted to change the return flight date. I called travelup and said can you please change it. They said fine you need to pay 370. I was desperate and asked them to give a little bit cheaper and they said all the money goes to airline except 35 goes to them. So I was desperate and paid it. Following day a friend who also booked with travel up and needed to change it but didnt call them. Instead the friend went to Qatar airways website and manage booking page and used the booking reference number to manage the booking and change the flight and guess for how much, 0 because Qatar airways allows you to change the flight for free without any charge. So here we are Im out of pocket by more than 300. I really hope you lot lose this money. Absolute thieves. I will report them to trading standsards.

I booked flights with TravelUp and was issued with my e-tickets a few days later. I noticed my middle name had been replicated in the surname section and so rang the company to get this changed. I was told the cost to change this would be 330 because of admin costs and airline taxes. I rang the airline directly who informed me the cost would only be 20 for the whole booking. I went back to Travelup who insist the fee is 330 because of airline and admin costs! I've been going back and forth for several days, only to get the same response, just regurgitated in different sentences. I've requested evidence, that the incorrect name was input by me, 4 times now, however they conveniently ignore that request. They lack any customer service skills and just seem to care about ripping people off. I've raised a dispute with my credit card company in order to get my money back. As a frequent traveller, I've been fortunate to have never had a bad experience, until I booked with Travelup. Would suggest avoiding the hassle and just pay a little extra to book directly with an airline.
