I gave product as Christmas present, it didn't work. I got in touch with company, didn't hear anything until new year when they arranged pick up 2 weeks ago as they wanted to check it. Got another one today, no apologies for all the hassle not even a note saying sorry. Very poor customer service

Ordered the wrong bag by mistake, I emailed to try and stop the order but unfortunately they couldnt however they emailed to say that if I let them know when the product arrived they would arrange for a collection and refund. I have sent the item back today after they arranged the collection and have just record and email to say that the refunds been processed! Service has been first class from this company and would definitely recommend for future purchases!

I thought that my Hand Warmer research had ended up with me ordering a locally made British product. Turns out it is Made in China and this is unacceptable.

An absolutely fabulous company to deal with. The products are at good prices, the delivery is quick and the customer service is amazing. I had a problem with an item which I.received, I telephoned to explain the problem, the gentleman who I spoke to could not have been more apologetic or more helpful. The item was collected And the replacement received the next morning. I would definitely recommend the company and will certainly buy from them again.
