        I work for Davis Tate Estate Agents and was selling a property that had Japanese Knotweed. My vendor employed Roots, Shoots & Leaves to start treatment. Towards the end of the sale the buyers solicitors made several queries which were stopping the exchange of contracts. To resolve the queries I contacted James of Roots, Shoots & Leaves directly. I have to say that I was incredibly impressed with how friendly and helpful he was and he very kindly emailed both the buyers and sellers solicitors, explaining all the answers to the questions in great detail. Thank you James for taking my call at 8:10am in the morning and dealing with my query so promptly and helpfully!!
